The IT solution developed by SIVECO Romania for the Romanian Payment and Intervention Agency for Agriculture (APIA) achieved the highest status of Finalist in Award Category Project Excellence in "Big - Sized Project" offered by IPMA International Project Excellence Award 2009, Helsinki.
