FUNCTIONALITIES
- Management of the suppliers of equipments and assets, for their efficient administration, but also for the spare parts used
- Management of the human resources involved in the maintenance activities
- The possibility of viewing all the intervention on equipment. Once the structure of equipment is defined, one can see all interventions on it and its sub-equipments. As a result, the interventions for the same date for an equipment and its sub-equipments can be combined and scheduled
- Grouping equipments by a user-desired criterion, with the aim of simplifying the maintenance procedures. The groups have same processing facilities as the equipments
- Managing the minimal of spare parts inventory for the equipments used in the production units in continuous flow. The system can manage both the list of necessary spare parts, and the minimal quantity necessary
- Managing the information referring to the restrictions and norms of equipments’ usage and providing them to the maintenance staff when he performs and intervention
- Creating and maintaining a full record of the entire technical documentation
- The information management on the orders and equipments delivery, including details on the suppliers, warranties and other provisions.
