Most of human resources specialists consider “blended learning” as the most efficient modality for employee’s training

The need for increasing the efficiency regarding the expenses incurred with employees’ training imposes the fast adjustment of human resources professionals to this trend. As a consequence, successful companies opt for a combined manner of training (known as ”blended learning”).

The training of blended learning type blends classical training with the one provided by educational platform of eLearning type: online training for going through the training materials  and self-assessment and classical training, usually under the form of workshop, for questions and answers and presenting advanced notions.
