CONGAZ S.A. Constanta automates business management

Recognizing the importance of delivering high quality services, CONGAZ, the company that acts in the delivery and distribution of natural gas to Constanta County, decided to automate the business management using an integrated information system.

After analyzing the offers received, SC CONGAZ SA chose the integrated solution SIVECO Applications, which matches its specific business requirements.

The information-integrated system implemented by SIVECO Romania at CONGAZ offers the needed support for business management. Three major categories of functional aspects were identified:

a) Financial accounting solution

b) Human resources solution

c) Logistics solution

Besides Financial Accounting Management, Payroll Management, Fixed Assets and Inventory Management, Contracts Management, Utilities Management, Investments Management, Maintenance Management and Transports Management components, SIVECO Romania also implemented SIVADOC, a document and workflow management system. This product has the necessary mechanisms to effectively manage documents and improve workflows within the company.

More than 40 employees of CONGAZ already use the applications installed by SIVECO Romania, after having been previously trained in using each component.
