eGovernment Forum in the Republic of Moldova analyzes how IT tools improve governance

SIVECO Romania presents "best practice" examples in the fields of eLearning, eHealth and eAgriculture.

Bucharest, 18th of May 2010 - At the conference "Moldova e-Government Summit 2010", held in Kishinev 18th and 19th May, are presented the most representative international examples of best practice in using IT for increasing efficiency of governance.

The conference have been sustained by the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications in the Republic of Moldova, with support of the Project for assistance in the Republic of Moldova, the Center for Development of e-Government in South-Eastern Europe and the PNUD-Moldova project "e-Guvernare" (www.mtic.gov.md and www.moldovaegovsummit.md).

The works of the conference, held under the logo "IT&C for better governance", are organized under three theme sessions: IT&C for Government, IT&C for Education, IT&C for Health.

SIVECO Romania presents "best practice" examples in all the three sessions, eGovernment solutions developed and implemented in Romania, respectively, further replicated by the company in other countries from Europe, Asia and Africa: the eHealth solution for the integrated management of the processes within the health system, the eLearning solution for quick access to the knowledge based society and the eAgriculture solution, respectively, dedicated to increasing performances in the IT based agriculture.

SIVECO Romania currently runs several projects in the Republic of Moldova, in the fields of education (university and pre-university) and banking (credit bureau).
