Statistics say that one in 3.5 years the volume of paper documents in an organization doubles, while paper still remains the most sold stationary product for the office. SIVADOC 4 can be integrated with other applications via Web Services (REST, SOAP), is uses an processes’ execution engine according to International standards of Business Process Management, an rules execution engine (Business Rules Management) and provides inter-operability with other information systems according to international content management and interoperability standards.

Documents security is guaranteed through use of the electronic signature, integration with Active Directory and direct authentication with the Windows user, Single-Sign-On.

The application also makes possible sharing documents to other users, viewing and adding comments on the flow and their approval, previewing and online annotating documents of Office/Text/Pdf type and distributed storage of documents on different servers.
