The "CompEtent- development of employees’ competencies SPO for the increase of Quality and Efficiency of provided services" - POSDRU /124 /4.2/S/130703

The County Agency for Employment Vaslui held on April 28, 2014, at Hotel RACOVA, Conference Hall, Stefan Cel Mare 69 Street, the launching conference of the "CompEtent- development of employees' competencies SPO for the increase of Quality and Efficiency of provided services" - POSDRU /124 /4.2/S/130703 project.

"CompEtent- development of employees" competencies SPO for the increase of Quality and Efficiency of provided services" is a project financed with European social funds through the Sectorial Operational Program for Human Resources Development 2007 - 2013, called "Invest in people!". The project runs from January 6, 2014 to July 6, 2015 in partnership with CAE Botoşani, CAE Timiş, CAE Argeş, CAE Bacău, CAE Buzău, CAE Tulcea, CAE Vrancea, the "Aproape de Tine" Iaşi Association, the Community Association of Unity and Mediation Vaslui and SIVECO Romania SA Bucharest.

The project aims:

  • The development of specific competencies (project management, English language, data processing and interpretation of labor market, vocational counseling and job mediation focused on customer needs) of 160 employees of SPO from the Northeast, Southeast, South and West in order to start innovative actions of support for the new organizational and management forms of SPO, including the estabilishment of international partnerships, within authorized complex programs of training.
  • The implementation, development and promotion nationwide of an innovative model of competencies development for the SPO staff eLearning portal.

The benefits of the target group are:

  • developement/improvement of the planning competencies of the SPO employees;
  • development and certification of the specifical competencies for 160 SPO emmployees from 8 counties, of the 4 regions involved in the project;
  • participation at experience exchange with employment services in two European countries;
  • future development directions of the European partnerships between specialists of the labor market;
  • projects portfolio for the development of labor mediation services, individualized and client-centered counseling, prognosis - analysis on labor market evolution of the 8 SPO in the project; analysis-processing tools for statistical data, mediation, individualized and client-centered counseling at each SPO involved in the project.

The project enrolls on the Priority Axis 4 - “Modernising public employment service, Key Area of Intervention” 4.2 - “Training of SPO staff” having a total value or RON 7.952.100,74 of which: the value given from FSE – RON 5.964.075,55 and the eligible contribution of the beneficiary – RON 1.988.025,19.
