Romanian know-how Export to the Community of Independent States

SIVECO Romania is partner in the „National Program for Education in Kazakhstan”, along with software companies from Great Britain, Poland and Kazakhstan

The eLearning solution developed by SIVECO Romania is now used also by the pupils and teachers in Kazakhstan. Over 4,200 interactive multimedia resources in Russian and Kazakh language have been implemented in over 530 schools in Kazakhstan, covering 23 subjects, among which are mathematics, algebra, geometry, but also vocational subjects.

Main partner of SIVECO Romania within this project is CNI – National Center for Introducing IT of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Upon completion of the first project phase, a CNI delegation has recently paid a visit to SIVECO Romania headquarters and has appreciated that the good results achieved are mainly due to the excellent collaboration between the two institutions.

"The project of implementing the digital content solution for gymnasia, high schools and vocational schools will be extended, so that to cover 50% of the schools in Kazakhstan by 2015", has declared Yelena Artykbayeva, Manager of the department for digital educational content for gymnasium and high schools within the National Center for Introducing IT, Kazakhstan.

For 7 months, SIVECO experts have worked in Almaty for the implementation the 4,200 interactive lessons in Russian and Kazakh, benefitting of the expertise of over 90 teaching staff from the Kazakh education system.

This is a new confirmation of our position of international leader as solutions provider for education", has declared Florin Ilia, Vice-president SIVECO Romania.

The project "National Program for Education in Kazakhstan" is an initiative of the Ministry of Education in Kazakhstan, aiming at modernizing the education system in Kazakhstan through introducing IT into over 50% schools by 2015. Within this project, SIVECO Romania is part of an international consortium of software companies that has successfully implemented the solution of digital educational content during the period March – October 2012.

The Kazakh delegation has participated during 2-3 November at the International Virtual Learning Conference – ICVL,, organized in Braşov by the Bucharest University in partnership with SIVECO Romania. During the same period this year has taken place also the X edition of the National Virtual Learning Conference. 

Participation at the conference working sessions, as well as the planned visits to schools have proven for the Kazakhstan officials the dimension of the initiatives and projects run by SIVECO Romania in the field of eLearning.
