What novelties does this application bring compared to the previous products? 

SIVADOC 4 can be integrated with other applications via Web Services (REST, SOAP), uses a process execution engine according to international standards of Business Process Management, an engine for rules execution (Business Rules Management) and provides interoperability with other Information systems according to international standards for content management and interoperability. 

The new SIVADOC 4 allows the documents’ centralized management, including by using forms, monitoring the documents traceability and their history, easy access from the computer (by using any browser), from Smartphone Android/iPhone, from a tablet. 

The documents security is guaranteed by using the electronic signature, integration with Active Directory and direct authentication with Windows user, Single-Sign-On. 

The application also makes possible sharing documents towards other users, viewing and adding comments on the flow and approving them, previewing and online annotation of Office/Text/Pdf documents and distributed storage of the documents on separate servers. 


Launched in 2001, the SIVADOC successfully manages over the past 13 years millions of documents and work tasks on flows and search reports with immediate display.
