SIVECO Romania at Alba Iulia

Bucharest, 27th of March, 2003 - Today, at the Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (CCIA) headquarters in Alba Iulia, a team from SIVECO Romania, made up of representatives of the Commercial and Implementation Departments, organized a seminar where there have been presented the main SIVECO Applications integrated software system (ERP) features - with examples of the way the financial accounting management, the payroll and human resources management components, as well as the SIVECO ANALYZER management information system, work. 

The seminar organized at Alba Iulia in association with CCIA in Alba Iulia, is part of the information solution presentations that SIVECO Romania aims to organize this year, in different cities of the country. Such an event, appreciated as a genuine success, was already organized at Baia Mare in February. 

"Experience proved that people are highly interested in the information solutions for enterprise resource management and that being familiar with this integrated information system features is essential for establishing a constructive dialogue between the company specialists and potential clients in all country areas, as well as for developing medium and long term business relations ", declared Irina SOCOL, General Manager, SIVECO Romania.

The technical presentations were accompanied by examples of successful references acquired by SIVECO Romania after implementations that took place at over 135 clients in Romania.

"The seminar was an interactive event, with an audience made up of top management representatives from 20 large companies in Alba Iulia, among which Apulum SA, Improd Coop, Transilvania SA and many others ", believes Ioana Pana, Business Alliance Manager at SIVECO Romania.

"We were extremely pleased to see that many of the questions coming from the audience focused on the production management component - a high quality product addressed to companies with discrete production - which proves that people are extremely interested in this component. Another module the audience was very interested in was SIVECO Analyzer, an essential tool for any organization management that may help them in decision making and economical analyses."

About SIVECO Applications

The package integration is given by the unitary development conception, by the client/server architecture, n-tier, by the Oracle development environment and database. The same graphic interface is displayed to the user, all components using the same Windows based standard. Data security is treated in a unitary way and  the user?s access rights are defined in detail.

Components development in the integrated package was achieved based on the users? requirements.

SIVECO Romania produces yearly at least a new version of all the components of the Integrated Package, being compatible with the previous versions. The release of new versions is imposed by the users? needs by modifications in legislation and by changes in the information technology environment. 

The Integrated Information System perfectly covers each company management problems from different fields of activity, avoiding redundant solutions.

More than 1000 clients are using SIVECO Application in the world. Among them, over 135 clients are using the SIVECO Applications package (or its modules) in Romania - among the clients in our country we can mention important companies such as RAAVJ, AEROSTAR, Constantza Sea Harbour Administration, SNP Petrom and its subsidiaries, subsidiaries of TERMOELECTRICA, Romanian Customs, The Ministry of Communication and Research and the list could continue.
