Bucharest, 5th of April, 2007 – Junior Achievement Romania and Junior Achievement –Young Enterprise Europe organized in Bucharest „2007 European Trade Fair «BucharestIZZ 2007». In the event took part more than 500 pupils and students from 30 European countries, accompanied by their teachers.

Mr. Radu Jugureanu, AeL eContent Project Manager for SIVECO Romania, gave a presentation addressed to the teachers involved in the reunion. The presentation focused on the importance of the educational software in constructing an information society.

More than 75 teachers and 50 representatives of Junior Achievement -Young Enterprise Europe, present in the conference, were very impressed with the extent of the SEI project –The National Program for computerization of the pre-universitary education and with the AeL eLearning solution. With the support of the AeL solution, Romanian teachers stimulate pupils to experiment what they learn and put into practice the knowledge they acquired, and most importantly pupils learn.

The cooperation between SIVECO Romania and Junior Achievement Romania is based on the concern of both organizations in sustaining educational projects that focus on developing young people’s potential, rewarding their initiatives and encouraging them to start projects.

Taking part in such important events, follows our company’s strategy of supporting educational programs, that offer young people the chance of obtaining cultural, linguistic, scientific and informatics competencies. Junior Achievement Romania proved one more time its success in involving young people in serious projects, and is probably one of the most important non-governmental organizations in education. We are extremely honored of this partnership, and personally I fell privileged that I had the chance to share with my colleagues from Europe, Romania’s experience in eLearning. We are very serious in supporting Junior Achievement to develop educational and entrepreneurship projects” declares prof. Radu Jugureanu, eContent Manager with SIVECO Romania.

With national and international recognition and a broad experience in creating educational software, SIVECO Romania participates actively in creating the information society.

Nowadays, technology is present in every domain, so the use of it as support in educational projects is just a natural step. Facilitating the access for young people to IT&C resources is a requirement for all the UE countries.
