During the Francophone Summit, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCTI) has released the first inter-university francophone portal http://www.univ-francophone.org/ [1], which allows Romanian universities integration with the educational network of francophone universities. The technical support of this portal was assured by SIVECO Romania.

In this way, students, researchers, teachers and students in master’s degree have access to: information regarding educational legislation, practice and pedagogy, open discussions on forum, support materials for teaching/ learning, information regarding university carrier opportunities, educational software and specialty literature, materials regarding IT&C applications in education.
